Manufactured to the MS51939 specification, superseded by NASM51939, this two-hole strap fastener features a 1.625-inch inside length, 0.250-inch inside height, 3.125-inch mounting-hole spacing and 0.203-inch mounting holes. Constructed from carbon steel with an olive-drab semigloss enamel finish, it is suitable for military vehicles, aerospace support equipment, cargo restraint and defense hardware applications.
