About this product EC-14 is a Caplugs protective cap designed for threaded electrical and electronic connectors in aerospace, defense and industrial applications. Manufactured from red low-density polyethylene (LDPE), this unthreaded push-on cap fits compatible nominal 7/8-inch connector threads and features a friction-fit design for easy installation and removal. Manufactured to the NAS 831 dimensional specification, EC-14 helps protect connector interfaces against dust, dirt and contamination during storage, transportation and maintenance.
